Stage 2 - Show Evidence Of How You Sourced The Elements For Your Commercial
Copyright music
I chose this song because it fits with the product that I am advertising but I can only use 7 seconds as it is copyrighted.Sound Effects
I chose this song because I needed more than 7 seconds so I decided to choose the song from college sound resources.
Voiceover
This is the voiceover that I used from my script.
Stage 1 - Script Production
First draft
Final draft
The first draft, I wanted to make changes because I thought I could make it better and sound more professional. I was happy with my final draft and I made some changes such as 'For a limited time only!' to 'This week only!', 'you will need some water' to 'pack a punch'. and 'So good' to 'Finger Lickin' Good'. I think these all sound more effective and flow better.

Stage 1 - Describe Your Client
My client is KFC which is an international company and it is an subsidiary of 'Yum! Brands' who also owns the 'Pizza Hut' and 'Taco Bell'. KFC is a fast food restaurant chain that specializes in fried chicken.
I have recently been employed by their marketing team because they have asked me to create a Radio Commercial to advertise KFC and one of their products specifically. I have complete creative control over this commercial and therefore I will be able to show the company my skills. They have given me no formal guidance on what to include therefore I do not have a budget or specific requirements expect that it can be no more than 30 seconds in length. I will use contacts that I have from my media course and background. I have decided that my target audience will be teenagers and above from both genders because I feel that anyone could eat KFC expect younger children, especially the spicy bites that I am advertising. My unique selling point (USP) is that I will include 'buy one get one half price for this week only'. I am also going to specify about 'DareDevil Bites' (different flavoured spicy bites) because this is a new product that they have recently released and therefore my target audience may not be aware of this.
